We bought some flowers and hoped that our special gift was a success. This gift expressed our love and thanks to Miss Zhao.
A few days ago, my classmates and I were excited to hear that Miss Zhao, our head teacher, will be married next week, so we decided to prepare a special gift for her wedding(婚礼)secretly.
After discussing carefully, we formed a "special team" to plan the special task. Our classmates were divided into several groups. Then with the help of our art teacher, we spent our spare time making a video of our classmates' wishes. Some said, "Happy wedding", some made a heart with their hands and others wrote a few poems. Finally, we all stood in the shape of a heart and waved to Miss Zhao.
Today everything was finally ready. Our classmates came to the classroom early to prepare the surprise and waited to have Miss Zhao's English class. The class monitor and I were going to act as duty students to lead the teacher to the classroom. The bell rang, and Miss Zhao came in. She was led to the big screen, unaware of the surprise we had prepared.
"The peach tree beams so red; How brilliant are its flowers(桃之夭夭，灼灼其华)。" This is a famous poem from Shijing to congratulate the bride (新娘). Our video caught the teacher's attention. We took the chance to run out of the classroom, moved the flowers to the back door and showed the flowers to Miss Zhao. Her face burned with happiness, and her eyes were full of happy tears. And the process of making it would become an unforgettable memory.
