Everybody worries. Grown-ups worry and so do kids. But what should you do about it? Whether your worries are big or small, you can take these 3 steps tothrow them of.

Step 1: Find out the problem

You should find out what your problem is first, and then you can know how to solve it. If it is very difficult to find out what worries you, go to Step 3 and get some help from others.

Step 2: Think of ways

Think of ways to make yourself feel better. For example, how to get good grades at school is a big worry for many students. If it is also your problem, ask yourself these questions: Why are grades important? What do they mean to me? How do I prepare for class? Do I have a good place to do my homework? Have I tried different ways of studying?

You may feel better after thinking about them. If you can't think of anything to make yourself feel better, it is time to jump to Step 3.

Step 3:     ▲

Worrying can make you feel lonely. When you're worried, you can ask for help. You don't know if someone can help you until you share your feelings and let the person try to help. Also, if you tell others, you will feel better, and they can think of ways to help you.
