Theresa Stevens and her family lived in San Francisco, They had a nice house and happy life. Her two daughters were in local schools and always got good grades. Theresa and her husband Michael had full-time jobs. But they often felt that they were short of something. They wanted to travel and wanted to take their kids around the world. Some people told them that there would be many chances for them to travel in the future. But she and her husband didn't want to wait to do what they really wanted to do. In 2018, the Stevens finally made an important and meaningful decision (决定). They quitted (离开)their jobs and got rid of (清理)most of their things. And they rented (出租)out their house. They found someone to watch their dog, and bought one-way plane tickets. The family of four traveled for one year. They happily visited 22 countries.
