More and more people are drinking soft drinks with caffeine(咖啡因)in them. Some people drink cola every day. They have stomach(胃)problems and can't stop drinking these drinks. They are cola addicts.
If you are a cola addict, you should stop drinking these drinks. You can drink green tea or black tea. You can even drink a little coffee. Soft drinks with caffeine will be bad for your bones(骨骼). You may also get teeth problems, headaches and even high blood pressure(高血压).
Energy drinks are not healthy either. They are full of caffeine. And you should never drink energy drinks on an empty stomach.
Water is the healthy drink you can have. If you want to drink something tasty, you can add some lemons. You can also drink as much fresh juice as you want. There are lots of healthier choices out there.
