"Excuse me, where's the bank, please?" Sometimes, you may hear a question like this from a stranger. Your parents may often tell you that strangers can be dangerous. What should you do then? Here are some rules:
Rule 1 When strangers give you food or other things, say "No" to them. Some strangers may ask you about you and your family. Don't answer them. When a stranger asks you to go to his or her home, just say "No" to him or her too.
Rule 2 When you feel afraid of someone, don't talk to him or her. Sometimes it is awarding(警告) to you. You may not know why. It doesn't matter. Please keep away from humor her.
Rule 3 When you meet a bad stranger, but your parents are not with you. Try to ask the policemen for help. You can also run away and go to a place with a lot of people. Shout for help. People around you will help you.
