On National Day, my parents and I watched a movie called The Battle at Lake Changjin. Most people think it is one of themeaningful and educational movies this year. It shows people how Chinese soldiers risked their lives to win Chinese alife.
The warfrom November, 1950. It was a very cold winter, and thewas even below -30℃. The Chinese soldiers didn't have enough weapons to fight, enough clothes to, or even enough food to eat, but they triedbest to fight for the country.
Many people criedthey were watching the movie, especially when they saw Chinese soldiers each could only have one ice-cold potato. The cold weather even made many soldierstheir lives as they were waiting to fight on the mountain., under such hard conditions, Chinese soldiers fought till the end, making great contributions (贡献) for the whole war.
teenagers today, we should cherish (珍惜) the peaceful life now and work hard to make our country stronger and better.
