The Internet is popular now. Many students really like using the Internet. Why do they like surfing the Internet? I asked some of my students. Here are their answers.
Tom：I like playing online games. I want to play them after school every day, but my parents are very strict with me. I can only play games on Sunday afternoon for two hours.
David：Using the Internet helps me a lot in learning English. I listen to English programs on the Internet, such as the BBC and VOA. I do that for an hour on school days. So my English is very good.
Ann：I enjoy reading stories on the Internet. I can learn a lot. My writing skills（技能）are getting better. I use the Internet twice a week for an hour each time.
Kate：I like using the Internet because it helps me with my school subjects. When I meet something I don't know, I can ask for help on the Internet. So my parents always let me use the Internet when I want to.
