What will hotels be like in the future?

Entering the hotel, guests can see a one-meter-high robot which serves as a receptionist(接待员). It can remember a guest using facial recognition (面部识别) technology. Guests can check into the hotel without talking to /'enibɒdi/. They can walk straight to their rooms and get their faces read at the door they enter.
Robots can be found everywhere in the hotel, and they /gaɪd/ guests through recorded voice messages and are always there during their stay. Guests can control (indoors) temperatures, lighting, and so on through their voices.
