The English song She became popular on the Internet and got millions of likes (数百万点赞) in months.
Many people were surprised that the song was made by a young schoolgirl in less than 30 minutes. The 16-year-old girl is Zhang Yuxuan. She is a middle school student at the Shenzhen Arts School and she is studies the violin.
One day, when she was reading a book, a piece of beautiful music suddenly came into her mind. She quickly wrote it down. "I want to send out a message about strong girls. Girls can be strong but also cute," said Zhang.
Zhang has been interested in music since she was a child. She began to write songs at the end of 2019. So far, she has written 26 songs.
Zhang hopes to become a singer－songwriter one day. "I hope to be a singer who is also a songwriter. I want to combine (结合) the violin, pop music with Chinese culture in my songs," said Zhang. "Everything in life can be written into songs. I will keep on writing and singing."
