I'm Cindy. I went on a trip to Beijing this summer. Going to Beijing was very special for me because it was my first time to go there.
We planned to stay at my aunt's house in Beijing. Beijing is a capital of China. It has a long history. There are many interesting places in it. I was so excited that I can't wait.
I stayed there for one week with my mother. When we arrived there, the weather was hot but I didn't mind and I didn't get bored! Because there are many hutongs to walk or ride a bike. It was a great feeling for me.
We visited some famous places like the Palace Museum and the Titian'an men square. The Palace Museum is so grand, I took many pictures in it. We also went to the Great Wall. It is one of the seven wonders of the world. Climbing to the top is too hard, but my mother and I still climbed to the highest place of the Great Wall—Badaling.
I had a wonderful time in Beijing and I loved everything about this city. I will go there again next summer.
