Producer Jerry Bruckheimer brought his first 3D movie G-Force to the big screen. It is a funny adventure about a team of trained secret agents (特工) - guinea pigs (豚鼠). These guinea pigs work for the US government, and they have special powers. They can talk and work together to fight against the bad people who will destroy their great nation. The team tries to stop Leonard Saber, a man who plans to destroy the world. Before they succeed, the government asks them to stop and wants to catch them. To get away, they hide in a pet shop. But they are caught there. Darwin (voice of Sam Rockwell), Juarez (voice of Penėlope Cruz), Blaster (voice of Tracy Morgan), Speckles (voice of Nicolas Cage), Mooch, and their new friend Hurley (voice of Jon Favreau) need to get out of their cages and save the world.
"It's interesting to take on films with familiar, even classic themes, give them something fresh and see what happens," says Bruckheimer. "Movies about secret agents have been on screens long before James Bond, and movies in which animals speak and have personalities have also been with us for quite some time. What we've never seen, however, is a movie about secret agents who happen to be animals and, what's more, is a movie that is a combination of action, cartoon and digital 3D. "
