Paca is a frog. Her life changes when she sees a singer's long hair on TV for the first time. She loves the long hair.
"Oh! I want something like that. Something that makes me special," Paca says to herself.
Paca doesn't know that frogs don't have hair. She thinks that maybe she could grow her own hair by singing. She begins to sing everywhere she goes. She goes to towns and cities, to the sea and mountains…until one day she sings in a barber shop（理发店）.
While Paca is singing, the hairdresser is cutting someone's hair. Some hair falls on Paca's head. After seeing her new hair, Paca thinks that her dream is going to come true.
In her excitement, she sings so loudly that she wakes up the hairdresser's cat.
The cat thinks Paca is a mouse and grabs her. But after touching Paca's cold and slipper（湿润）skin, the cat finds that Paca was not a mouse and lets her go. At that moment, Paca learns that she should just try to be herself.
