A man is sitting in a bar with tears streaming down his face. A friend walks in and asks why he is so sad. The weeping one says, The doctor tells me I have to take these pills for the rest of my life.

Don't be sad, his friend says that many people have to take pills every day of their life. Sure, I know, but he only gives me ten.
