When I was ten years old, my teacher once asked me to make a speech titled "A Real Test in My Life". Just how terrible nervous I was at that moment. To talk in front of the whole class meant many eyes would focus upon me! I felt (real) worried.
I had no other (choice). So I was to draft (起草) the speech. That was just a piece of cake for me, because I was a good writer. But the hard part lay in my oral presentation(口头陈述): to read the paper was not allowed. I had to give the speech from my memory and in front of so many people!
A real test b when I stood on the platform(站台), with my legs trembling and my mind blank(空白). How much time had p by, I didn't know. I tried to cmyself. My listeners were still (wait) for me, without any signs of rushing me. Gradually I began to give out my speech, with great difficulty
It seemed to be a hundred years. When I finished, I was sto find my audience cheering for me. I made it!
Now I am a great speaker. Looking back, I learned a lot: sometimes we get into tjust because of fear, overcome it, then we will succeed .
