Besides tasting great, garlic can help the hair grow and keep colds and flu away. It can also help improve your immune system.

Onions

Julia Child said," I can't imagine a world without onions, so I always put some onions when I cook for my customers. " Onions can help you enjoy your life with a lower risk of cancer and heart disease.

Potatoes

Potatoes provide as much fiber as and more potassium than other common vegetables or fruit. They also have lots of Vitamin C, Vitamin B6, magnesium and small amounts of protein.
