I am a middle school student and I'm fifteen years old, I'm quite(health). However, one year ago I was fat. I loved chips and chocolate, and I got tired(easy). One morning, I saw some young men(run) in the park. Theyreally fit and active. So Irunning from then on.
Now I have a 1.5-mile run every morning, Imilk and eat fruit and vegetables instead of chips and chocolate. These good eatingand running help to build me up. I have fun running, and I feel well and look fit. Running(become) my favorite sport. I'm sure I will do(good) in the boys'800-meter race in our school sports meet.
