Hello, everyone! My name is Alan Green.I'm an outgoing(外向的)boy.Our school has a Glee Club and it's very nice. I know this because I'm a member(成员)!So what is a Glee Club? It's a club for singing and I love singing.
Miss Brown is the club leader.She chooses(选择)the songs and helps us to sing them.She plays the piano, too. Shes really cool and she's really kind. She never gets angry with us. She's not the school music teacher. She teaches Chinese, but she loves singing.
We often sing songs from movies but we sometimes sing old songs from the 1960s and 1970s. Every month,we perform(表演)songs in front of the other people of the school.I feel very happy when I'm on stage(舞台).The teachers and the other students always cheer when we finish. Music is a great way to bring people together(在一起).
I love Glee Club because I can make many friends here.The members meet in the school hall every Tuesday at lunchtime and every Friday after school.Come and join us—we are always happy to see new people!
