In our country different (不同的) places have different weather. In Heilongjiang, the weather is always very cold in winter and hot in summer. But in Hainan, the weather is very warm in winter and also very hot in summer. Kunming is a city in Yunnan. It is a spring city. It is warm all the time in Kunming. 

In London, the weather changes very often. You can see a sunny day in the morning, and then a rainy or a cloudy day one or two hours later. So people often talk about weather in London. They often talk to you, " if (如果) you don' t like the weather, it doesn' t matter. It will change in a minute. " 

Now people can do many things about the weather. People can get more information about the weather change. When it is very dry in spring or summer, people can make rain. It' s called man-made weather. We wish we can do more about the weather one day.
