Nowadays, watching TV is a popular way to relax. More and more people watch TV in their free time. There are many different kinds of TV programs. what kinds of TV programs do you like? I ask my parents and some of my friends what kinds of TV programs they like. 

My mother likes watching soap operas. she thinks it's relaxing. she loves to watch them after dinner. My father enjoys watching movies. He says he can,t stand soap operas because they,re boring. My little cousin says she likes cartoons. people in the cartoons are always funny. They make children laugh. As students, we like movies better than TV programs. But boys and girls like different movies. Most girls like scary movies and comedies. Besides that romances are not bad. Boys like action movies. And they love science fictions. 

To be honest, different people like different shows. It's just like different people having their own hobbies(爱好). some of us never watch TV.
