Sanjiangyuan National Park is one of the most beautiful （place）in China. It lies in the heart of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau(青藏高原)in southern Qinghai province. It covers 123,100 square kilometers. It is first national park in China.Thousands of local people play an important role in (protect) the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau.
Tongde is a 44-year-old man. He first joined a park patrol(巡逻)in 2013. He said. "I felt happy and (excite) to work here to protect nature. This feeling has never gone away, and I still keep it to this day."
Another Tibetan custodian（看守人），Paltse, is 28 years old. He thinks that local people now live in a (good) environment than before." I was a child,I didn't pay much attention to the environment. But as I grew up, I (slow) noticed the environment had improved."he said. "I think that Ngoring Lake looks bigger now, and the water is so clean that you can scoop(捧起)it up with (you) hands and drink it."
Tsering Gyal, 49, comes from Madoi county. He has been a custodian for seven years. He has learnt a lot from his work. "I was a little worried when I (see)wild animals in the first few years.I stay calm now,I'm sure that the animals have no interest in harming(伤害) me. Humans and animals are getting closer,"he said.
