As the saying goes, habit is the (two) nature. So it's very important us to keep good habits. Do you have any good habits? For me, I always keep a balanced diet(均衡饮食) and exercise(锻炼) regularly to keep (health).
Exercising every day (be) a must if you want to keep fit. It helps our bodies become stronger(更强壮) and make us happy. I keep exercising for at least(至少) half hour every day. Sometimes, I go for a run in the park or ride my bike. Other days, I play soccer or basketball with my friends. At school, we also learn different (sport) from our physical education classes. My dad also (ask) me to exercise more. He says it's not only good for my health, also helps me sleep better and learn better.
It's also one of my good habits (keep) a balanced diet. A balanced diet means we shouldn't be picky-eaters(挑食者), instead, we must eat (healthy) to get balanced nutrition(营养). As we all know, we are what we eat. So if you eat well, you'll grow and live better for sure!
