How long does it often take to achieve a dream?It's hard to say. The modern"Yu Gong", Huang Dafa, spent 36 years making1 dream come true. 

So far, Huang, the 87-year-old man, 2 in a village called Caowangba in Zunyi, Guizhou Province. There didn't use to be water in, 3 village. Life was very hard there. "I decided 4 three things for the villagers:bring water to the village, build a road and make people use electricity, "

Huang said, thinking back to his early days. 

In 1959, Huang became a leader in the village. He found water which can be used in another village nearby, but the problem was that a mountain lay between the two 5 . It seemed that his dream would be6 . Some people even wondered. 7 he could make it, but he didn't give up. 

At the age of 54, he started to study water conservancy(水利)technology. His work paid off in 1995 when water rushed into Caowangba. 8 a 7, 200-meter main canal(水渠). 

On June 29, 2021, Huang became one of the 29 people who received the July 1 Medal(七 一 勋 章), 9 honor in the Communist Party of China. Now you can see, as long as you work hard,
