Philip likes dogs. He asks his parents to 1 a dog for him, but his parents can't do that because Philip's grandma doesn't like dogs.
Philip says to his grandma, "I will 2 the dog out of your way." Grandma says yes. 3 Friday evening, Philip gets his dog. He is so 4 and he calls his dog Fifi.
One day Grandma says she will watch TV in her room and that she doesn't want Philip to disturb（打扰）her, 5 Philip plays with his dog in his room. After some time, Fifi 6 the door of Grandma's room, and begins barking（吠叫）at the door. Philip tells Fifi not to bark. But Fifi doesn't listen.
Philip's father thinks something is wrong（不正常的）, and then he opens the door and sees Grandma on the floor（地板）. They take her to the hospital（医院）7 .
After Grandma leaves hospital, she thanks Fifi for saving her 8 and says that Fifi is now one member（成员）of her family.
