Dogs are very good (宠物). They are very (friend) to people and very beautiful. Most dogs get on well with (child) and their parents. Some are good guard dogs they bark loudly when a strange(陌生的) person arrives.
When you buy a dog,important thing to think about is its size—buy a small dog if your home is small or a big one if yours is large. Many people don't know what to feed to their dogs. Dogs eat almost a! They like meat, rice and lots other things. You can buy food which is made for dogs in shops. Don't let your dog eat too much. Always leave some clean water for your dog. It can get thirsty very (quick), especially in summer.
Remember that dogs need (exercise). You (应该) take it for a walk every day. Don't keep your dog inside all day.
