Don't Panic. Be safe.

Here is an important rule. Never play with matches or fire. Little fires make big disasters (灾难).Here are some things you can do to be safe.

If you see a fire, don' t panic! Get away from the fire, and then call for help. Do not panic. Do not shout. Tell the important information (信息).Tell where the fire is and what you see. Stay on the phone in case you can help.

Wait for the firefighters to come. Stand back. They need lots of space to work. You will be safe, too. In a fire, things can fall or explode (爆炸).

If there's a fire in your home, you must go outside to get away. But before you open a door, check to see if it is hot. Never open a door if smoke is coming under it. Go to the gathering place. Don' t go back inside even if your 
family pets are missing.
