In the State(国家）of Zheng, there was a man. He wanted to go to the town to buy a pair of new (shoe). Before he left home, he（get）a way to know the size of his foot with a piece of straw(稻草) . After he arrived at the town and went to a shoe shop, he put (he) hand into his pocket(口袋). However, he found that he left the straw home. Then, he turned round and went home.When he ran back toshoe shop with the straw, the shop closed. In the end, he (be ) busy getting nothing. Later, someone asked him, "Were you buying shoes for yourself for others?" He answered, "For myself." The man asked him, "Why don't you have your (foot) on yourself ? I think that you need only to try on shoes with your feet (get) the right size. You (real) needn't go back home for the size." The man of Zheng still said, "I think the size was better than my own feet."
