Health is very important. But as students, can we keep healthy? Here are some simple (way) that can help us.
(one), we should eat more vegetables and fruit. Because they are rich vitamins and fibre. And we should eat (little) sweet food than before. Because it (contain) a lot of sugar and fat. They are (harm) to our teeth. Also, they can make (we) become fat. In a word, we'd better have balanced diet.
Second, we should have good living habits. Don't stay up too late. What's more, smoking is not (allow).
In this way, I'm sure we can become strong and healthy.
