Tom: I went to the Great Wall 

 to spend the May Day holiday with my parents.   

Lucy: I went to summer camp during the vacation to improve（提高） my English.   

Tim: I went to New York City on business（出差）last month. I stayed there for a week.   

Bill: I went to a concert last night with some of my classmates. We are all music fans.   

Mary: I spent seven days at a very beautiful and famous beach in August.   

A. It was really wonderful. The sea and the sky were clear and blue.

B. The music was wonderful! All of us were excited and even danced to the music.

C. I met many English speakers there. They were friendly and we became friends soon. I practiced my English as much as I could.

D. It's old but quite beautiful and famous. We took a lot of pictures there. But there were too many people and it was too crowded.

E. I saw so many interesting animals there. I took a lot of photos of them.

F. It is a large library. There are many interesting storybooks in it.

G. It is a modern city. I can see tall buildings everywhere. But I was too busy to enjoy it.
