We have three meals(饭菜)every day. For breakfast(早餐), I have some milk, a hamburger(汉堡)and two eggs. For lunch(中餐), I have rice, an orange, carrots and potatoes(土豆). And for dinner(晚餐), I have chicken, some French fries(炸薯条)and broccoli(西兰花). We should have healthy(健康的)food. It's good for us.
