When I was a teenager(青少年), I was always unhappy. I often became unhappy with my parents by shouting at them and not talking with them.
Later on, when I thought about it, I understood it was wrong to do that. I decided to try my best tocalm myself downand be good with others.
Now I start to act more politely to people around me. When I laugh, I show at least eight teeth.
That's how happy I am feeling.
In the past, I had another teenage problem. I cared about my looks very much. I spent lots of time in front of the mirror every day deciding what my hair should look like, while all my dirty clothes were on my bedroom floor.
As life went on, I learned that sometimes looks isn't that important. True beauty(美丽)should be inside our hearts, but not on our faces. I should spend more time studying and reading.
I believe all teenagers have problems, but I also believe if you can solve(解决)them healthily, they will help you become a better person. You can expect to learn a lot from your problems.
