About Chef Sunny

Born to a family of restaurant owners in the Philippines, Sunny found himself drawn to the kitchen at an early age. He joined a cooking school at the age of 8. And then he moved to Western Australia and joined Perth's Parmelia Hilton as a kitchen helper. It wasn't long before he became Head Chef at the Hilton's Globe Restaurant.

Looking forward to adding new thoughts to his cooking, he then traveled around the world, working in kitchens and this is where he finds his new ideas in his cooking today. 

With 20 years of cooking experience, Sunny now wants to spread his ideas of "eat good life"—healthy eating in a fun environment and to share his knowledge through cooking classes, cookbooks and DVD's. His great teaching will help you make your life more lively and interesting.

This class will include free tastings, copies of the recipes（菜谱） and refreshments!
